The longer I stay in India, the more I fall in love with this incredible colourful country. As the water quality is extremely good in Kerala, I can do streetfood and also have ice-cream… delicious! And the daily chais (two are minimum, the more the better….)
After having completed the Yoga Therapy Techer training, I had time at my hands and enjoyed watching, experiencing Indian life. Here are some more impressions.
YOGA THERAPY TEACHER TRAINING – COURSE OVERVIEW

A WEEK OF AYURVEDA
Love my new view at Kairali Ayurveda retreat center. A week of Ayurveda and learning more about Yoga and Ayurveda.
No I am still not back in UK. Just another airport in India.
The stewart who I met on the plane stays in the same hotel. So we had breakfast together. Nice to hear more about India and the culture. Amazing country. Glad I did all my yoga teacher trainings here.
After a total of 11 weeks in India I know all these dishes – and still enjoy every single one. Nothing beats my favorite palak paneer though (which I will have again today. Of course had Malasa Dosai this morning…). Next to endless flowing of Chai tea…
MY FAVORITE ISLE
And my favourite isle in the supermarket. Spices over spices. Done my shopping.
MY NEW FAVORITE SWEET (ALL GONE ALREADAY)
Maybe Gandhi’s favorite candy? Or why did they use his face on the packaging?
WORLD TOILET DAY
Obviously an important day in India.
South Indian’s movie industry and I will miss all those colourful Indian dancing videos (makes me smile every time I see one).
STREETFOOD AND CHAI TEA
Can’t believe it will be my last Indian streetfood for 2015 (will miss eating with my fingers). But won’t be the last Chai. There is always a chai around the corner…
