Indian life and impressions impressions impressions

The longer I stay in India, the more I fall in love with this incredible colourful country. As the water quality is extremely good in Kerala, I can do streetfood and also have ice-cream… delicious! And the daily chais (two are minimum, the more the better….)

After having completed the Yoga Therapy Techer training, I had time at my hands and enjoyed watching, experiencing Indian life. Here are some more impressions.

MEETING PEOPLE

The stewart who I met on the plane stays in the same hotel. So we had breakfast together. Nice to hear more about India and the culture. Amazing country. Glad I did all my yoga teacher trainings here.

THE FOOD

After a total of 11 weeks in India I know all these dishes – and still enjoy every single one. Nothing beats my favorite palak paneer though (which I will have again today. Of course had Malasa Dosai this morning…). Next to endless flowing of Chai tea…

STREETFOOD AND CHAI TEA

Can’t believe it will be my last Indian streetfood for 2015 (will miss eating with my fingers). But won’t be the last Chai. There is always a chai around the corner…
